Monitoring of your system is offered at $18.00 per month with a single year non rollover contract. Unlike most alarm monitoring companies that require a 3 to 5 year contract and an “Automatic Roll-over Agreement” (note 1), our company will notify you annually when your contract is ready to expire and will offer you the option of renewing your agreement with us.  
Your monthly fee also includes monitoring for fire detection, carbon monoxide, panic buttons, temperature alarms and water detection. Cellular backup, which is offered to users of voice over IP telephone service, will allow your alarm system to operate during power failures and internet disruptions. Cellular backup is offered at an additional $10. per month.
Note 1:  These roll over agreements require that you initiate notification to the alarm company within 60 or 90 days of your contract completion date if you wish to cancel. If you miss this window, you will automatically be obligated for another 3 to 5 year contract.
